AIR ACTIVATED DIAPHRAM METHYLATE/METHANOL PUMP
FOR THE FUELMEISTER 400
The Air driven Diaphram Pump is an explosion proof rated pump with a conductive hose and bonding wires. A quick disconnect fitting on the pump connects alternately to the FM400 Processor "Methylate Tank" and "Methanol Port".
The pump is used to transfer Sodium Methylate from it's 55 gallon drum to the FM400 Processor "Methylate Tank" and the Methanol from it's 55 gallon drum to the FM400 Processor "Methanol Port".
The operator must squeeze the pump's hand lever to dispense the chemical liquids. When the operator releases the hand lever the flow of chemical liquids stops.
The pump is equipped with a 2” MPT barrel adapter and a 1” conductive hose to transfer the liquid chemicals to the FM400 Processor. Two additional vapor hoses [with respective 3/4" MPT fittings] are provided to return chemical vapors from the FM400 Processor to the respective chemical 55 gallon drums.
